This project focused on increasing engagement among employees and candidates while enriching a decades-old database and streamlining customer communications to ensure consistent messaging and branding that integrates with the existing ATS.
Tools Used:
Contributions: Single-handedly managed an end-to-end software implementation that involved collaboration with C-suite executives, operations, vendors, and recruiting teams. Developed and tested Chatbot conversations, automated email and SMS drip campaigns targeting prospects, customers, and employees. Implemented a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey to gauge engagement and satisfaction.
Outcome & Next Steps: Deployed 5 chatbots and established 10 automatic communication flows, resulting in 25% of database being reactivated and 40% scrubbed. Through customer chatbot integrated with client’s website, they saw over $30,000 in revenue as direct conversions from the customized bot conversations. Additionally, with personalized and automated notifications, I was able to completely eliminate all gaps in required benefits department offers, which means 100% compliance for their HR team. Despite challenges with field mapping within the integration, alternative solutions were developed to maintain functionality. The campaigns remain active with ongoing monitoring and optimization to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
The goal was to implement a user-friendly CRM that integrates with Seamless AI, ZoomInfo, and the client’s website contact/conversion forms, supporting the entire sales team by Q1. The project aimed to improve reporting capabilities and clarify the sales pipeline within the allotted budget.

Contributions: Led a comprehensive project that spanned internal sales team coordination, vendor management, and product research and testing. Responsibilities included data scrubbing and migration, training the sales team, establishing custom field mappings, creating automation workflows, and developing custom reports dashboards. Additional tasks involved testing integrations with other platforms, creating forms, and generating content within the platform.
Outcome & Next Steps: Successfully implemented the CRM on schedule and within budget. Data migration and system integrations were completed without disruptions. The sales process continues to evolve, with ongoing adjustments to enhance functionality and user experience. KPIs for sales teams are successfully tracked and managed with the ability to pinpoint conversions, activity successes and pipeline challenges.
